From our perspective as external consultants, Dailypoint is particularly impressive due to its seamless integration of guest data from various systems into robust profiles and its clear, practical workflows for marketing and sales. This makes it easier for our clients to accurately segment target groups, manage campaigns, and make decisions based on facts rather than gut feeling.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Many CRM systems promise integrations. At dailypoint, they work. Two-way interfaces to over 30 PMS systems, true real-time synchronization. For owner-operated hotels with established system landscapes, this is crucial: a CRM that integrates rather than replaces.
