dailypoint is much more than a CRM system or newsletter software for the hospitality industry. With it's focus on data quality and cleansing dailypoint understands that the best software is only as good as the input the user provides.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

dailypoint is very strong when it comes to integrating into already existing system like PMS, POS, newsletter system etc.. For the hotelier this means that the data needed, to better understand their customers, is being analyzed and used in one central system. This increases the impact of marketing campaigns and the quality of decision making.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Make sure you invest enough time setting up the system and taking the onboarding process serious. This is the best way to ensure high data quality and strong results in the long run. By doing this you also make use of all the data you have already assembled over the last years.
